1 – Work Coverage

• All our work (contract-based or hourly) comes with a 5-year non-transferable warranty.
• This warranty covers only our workmanship and installations, not the materials.

Example: If an electrical connection comes loose after our work, we’ll repair it free of charge under the warranty.

2 – Material Warranty

• Installed materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• However, our workmanship remains guaranteed for 5 years.

Examples: If we install a dimmer switch with a 3-year manufacturer warranty and it becomes defective within that timeframe, we’ll replace it at no cost, including parts and labour. If the dimmer switch fails after 3 years, you’ll only pay for a new switch. Labour will still be free of charge.
